`Hi! If you go over there, bring a flyswatter! (kidding) I lived in Germany for about four years, in Brrrr-lin, where the sun comes out for about three weeks every year. I made some good friends there, though.

I live in Germany ,at Frankfurt,
and I can tell you...
The weather is currently sunny and summery hot here.
can you speak german, where you have German roots?

`I do tend to exaggerate. I've heard that's an Irish trait. I'm just used to the sun here in New Mexico, or at least my brain is used to it, but my skin has it's own issues. I had a great time in Berlin, the music scene was awesome. I never really learned German, which is just embarrassing. I can order food and direct a taxi driver, ask where's the bathroom and all that, but when people would converse in german around me, i felt like a housecat. I haven't heard of any Pow-wows out there, but i saw a yurt for the first time at a fair in berlin....

`Patsydecline is exaggerating but, having lived in Germany (Kaiserslautern area) and now residing in Texas (one state over from New Mexico), I can relate to her comment. The summer high temps in Germany are what the summer lows are here in Texas.
